iris pierce, M.A., senior consultant
As the founder of Vera Consulting, Iris offers specialized consulting services for Organizational Leaders, Professionals, Caregivers, and People Living with Dementia who wish to plan ahead.
Iris has worked within the senior living field since 2011. She began her work with those living with dementia as a care partner, medication technician, and care coordinator. She then obtained her Assisted Living Manager Certification and became a licensed facility administrator. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University. Iris currently works as a Community Support Specialist for Kensington Senior Living where she supports Life Enrichment and Care & Clinical Operations.
